In Joensuu single tickets or daily tickets for adults and children can be purchased for all zones and also Hilja-tickets. You can pay for the ticket by adding a payment card (Visa/Visa Electron or Mastercard), for which online payment has been enabled. The validity of the ticket starts immediately from the moment of purchase. On one zone trips the ticket is valid for one hour and for trips over multiple zones two hours.

Make sure that your ticket is on your phone before you get on the bus and show a valid ticket to the driver. The QR code and the remaining validity period are displayed on the ticket. After the approval the ticket purchase can no longer be canceled. Check that you have selected the correct zone and age group before confirming your payment.
